In terms of services, License and Subscription Reselling services include:
Value added reselling (VAR):
- Holistic sales approach to SME customers -> VAR offers SAP licence software under various terms and conditions (see below), application consulting, maintenance services (PCoE certified) and hardware incl. services as turn-key-provider VAR
Partner managed Cloud (PMC):
- Long-term contracts (2 to 7 years);
- No preinvest in SAP licences
- Service provider grants usage rights to the customer according to service agreement
- No license depreciation, pure service costs (OPEX)
- PMC Service must be delivered and owned by service provider
- Service contract with monthly fee
- PMC Software must be operated on a hardware Plattform which is in the data center of the PMC provider
- AMS will be provided by service provider
- Fixed base price for the whole PMC contract duration between 24 and 84 months
- No price correction by SAP
- No fix maintenance contract
SAP License Audits and Optimization
Packages are always customer-tailored
In terms of services, License audits and optimization services includes:
- Checks customer installations for gaps between actual use of software and licensed rights
- Ajust the license structure to the business model of the customer
- Consult the customer to use the “right” software and services
- Help the customer to reorganize the license contracts accordingly
- Support the customer as a “trusted advisor”
SAP License Maintenance
In terms of services, License Maintenance includes:
- Long-term contracts (2 to 10 years or even more);
- Offering SAP software standard or enterprise support to VAR customers
- First and second level support
- Implementation of assistance services
- Proactive support that checks SAP installed software for inconsistencies, bottlenecks, potential problem areas (enterprise support only)
- Continuous cooperation with SAP in development and maintenance topics
- We are able to offer a shared and customer-specific solution management (SolMan)
